The Friends of Council Grounds State Park organization, along with the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program, provided the funding for the new electronic pay station now installed at Council Grounds State Park!

This new pay station will allow visitors to purchase day or season passes at any time during the day, and not just when the visitor center is manned. This is the first time a Friends organization has worked to provide matching funds for a electronic pay station at a Wisconsin state park and we are very excited to have this new feature at Council Grounds State Park!
