Camping

Whether you have a large or small group, camping at Council Grounds State Park is a great idea! 

The family campground is heavily wooded and has 52 campsites, showers and flush toilets. There are 19 sites with electricity. Each site has a table and fire ring. The campground also has a dump station and recycling containers.

The outdoor group camp has three sites. Sites A and B accommodate up to 3 wheeled campers and 32 people each. Site C accommodates 1 wheeled camper and 22 people. All group campsites at the park have electricity.

Camping reservation are required and can be made through the Wisconsin DNR website.  Reservations can be made for the same day of your arrival or up to 11 months in advance of your planned date of occupancy. And don’t forget to check out a map of the campground before making a reservation!
