First Day Hike

Make plans with the family while you are together at Christmas to walk off some holidays treats! The Friends volunteers will be helping out with a nice warming fire at the shelter building. You can drive there or park at the entrance and take a hike!

Park manager Sarah will have a guided winter tree identification hike at noon leaving from the shelter building. If you would like to help refill the Merrill Community Food Pantry for the new year, please bring non-perishable items to donate. The Friends group will deliver items to them. Thank You!

Day passes or 12 month passes will be for sale at the Park entrance. Pick up 12 month passes this weekend to avoid a wait on the 1st. They make great Christmas gifts along with Park themed merchandise.

The office lobby will be open this weekend from 10 to 2.
