Participants aged 5 to adult acquired new facts and learned new skills at the inaugural “Learn to Fish ” event, at CGSP,  8.11.25. 

 

Certified coordinators and experienced anglers taught about:  safety, environment,  equipment,  bait, WI fish id, and first-aid.  Patience and courtesy were the focus.  Hands-on practice of tying fishing line knots and casting for lawn bass was the highlight of the day.
